Assign program components to individual clients (vs. all clients)
planned
Mike Fiorillo
We have designed this feature, however before we begin implementing it I wanted to request any clarification from voters. We are also considering allowing coaches to assign check-ins/habits/workouts to individual clients via their calendar (without needing to use a program). If we do this, will this feature still be important?
We are trying to avoid feature bloat so want to make sure this would still be a useful thing to have even if coaches can assign individual items via the client calendar.

Mike Fiorillo: I would like to be able to assign from their individual calendars

Mike Fiorillo: Is it possible to allow for both of these features? If I have already created a "skeleton" program for my clients, it would be easier to select which ones get which components from there but still have the option to do this as well from the calendar for those not on a specific program. Hope that makes sense.
Mike Fiorillo
Caryn Watt: We can definitely build both, just wanted to make sure that building the other feature (direct assignment via calendar) did not make this redundant. Thanks for the input!
Mike Fiorillo
Joseph Montoya: Right, we might do both. Thanks!
Ana Arquiza
Mike Fiorillo: In my case, individual calendar assignment would suffice.

Mike Fiorillo: I like the idea of assigning individual components via the client's calendar. I created a "program" that's really a library of all the content (mostly lessons, but also custom check-ins and some workouts) I've created, and then I go there and do the "add to another program" command to put it in a specific client's program. If the individual-add feature were implemented, I personally wouldn't need the feature as originally described.
Mike Fiorillo
Laurie Kelly: Right, OK. Thanks for clarifying. That's a good idea to use the master program and copying to individual client's programs.
